An interesting battery design by Yeon Kyeong Hwang and Mieong Ho Kang who tried to harness the spring winding power just like on winding toys to charge the battery. You can easily charge your battery without the need of energy sources from outside, because you do just wind up the battery just like a winding clock and it will begin self charging.
Green battery is designed to help us get the energy to charge battery easily without having to depend on power sources that are not always available when we are in travel or emergencies such as when disasters. Inside the battery consists of a rechargeable battery NI-mH, spiral spring, shaft, and generator.
Battery produce power from the winding of the spring fitted on the generator and a rotating shaft. Spiral spring inside the battery with the clock mechanism and the spring associated with Ni-mh rechargeable battery using the electrical circuit is designed internally. To charge the battery, just wind the battery in a clockwise manner.
